Truematter 2-in-1 Slider Widget Library for Axure 6.0

Say it with us: static wireframes are a thing of the past. With the advent of tools like Axure - and particularly with the release of Axure 6.0 – there’s no longer any excuse not to create living, breathing wireframes and HTML prototypes for complex client projects. If you haven’t yet taken Axure for a spin, try it out – you may discover, as we did, that a living wireframe pinpoints user experience trouble spots in a way that plain ol’ paper wireframes simply can’t do.
And if you have spent any time cuddling up to Axure, you’ll know that user-created Axure widgets areĀ – sorry for this in advance – da bomb.
That’s why our explosive team of prototypers put together a simple widget library for basic slider interactions.
This library includes:
- Two easy-to-edit dynamic panel sliders – add your own text or image content!
- Fade in/out and slide left/right slide transition effects
- Simple, unobtrusive design blends right in to your prototype
- Two types of slider navigation: dotted bottom nav an left/right arrow nav
- Left/right arrow navigation fades in on mouseover
- Dotted navigation located in a separate dynamic panel for simple re-positioning

I was doing some browsing and came across this site. This widget is what I was searching for! Keep it up.
Preview looks great — just what I need for a project I’m working on.
But when I download this ZIP file, it expands into a series of nested folders instead of a .rplib file. I’m on a Mac running Axure 6.
Can you guys help?
Hi Mike,
Thanks! On a Mac, the ZIP expands into a series of nested folders and an .rplib file as well – the .rplib is not inside the series of nested folders, so it may have arranged itself elsewhere in the file you extracted to.
Take a peek around – if you don’t see it, please let me know. We’d be happy to pack up the rplib for you.
Awesome blog! I just added it to my bookmarks!
Sorry guys, there is no .rplib file anywhere after unzipping on my Mac.
If you could help me out that would be fab!
Thanks.
We sent you an email – enjoy!
Thanks for the post
Too cool giving us useful pointers! All good points worth looking into. Many thanks!
Awesome stuff guys. Keep up the good work!
Annoying! I have version 5.6 and it doesn’t work. I guess i’ll have to upgrade.
Oh no! The upgrade will be well worth it for multiple reasons!
The link to the demo and zip file are not working. Truematter PM???
Fixed it! Please try again and sorry for the extra work
